Zammer Luncheon (Ray Bishop)
The Linda and William Zammer Institute for Hospitality and Culinary Studies at 4Cs offers students the chance to showcase the skills they’ve developed throughout the semester.
The Zammer Luncheon, held every semester, is a three-course meal prepared by culinary and hospitality students. This dining experience, open to students, faculty, and the public, takes place in the Grossman Commons dining room on the first floor.
The dinner will be served Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 p.m to 12:30 p.m. through Dec. 5. The cost is $15 per person; reservations are recommended. To reserve, contact Crystal Knob at 774.330.4649 or email her at cknop@capecod.edu
